Retrieving data from your accounting system
Keepea draws data from the General Ledger and from your other accounting documents by loading the general and cost accounting entries. Keepea can also link at the posting level to the accounting document scanned and stored on a network.
Multi-company financial aggregation
Keepea makes it possible to aggregate the accounts of several companies, even if they are kept in several accounting systems.
Aggregation allows the mapping of charts of accounts.
Mapping of accounts
Keepea allows you to group all the financial information of your group entities automatically and regardless of their accounting system.
You will then be able to define mapping rules allowing the transcription of local accounts to a standardised target chart of accounts of the parent entity.
Adjustment entries (provisions / consolidations)
Keepea allows to encode, in extra accounting, adjustment entries, allowing the handling of provisions (insurances, bonuses, rebates, etc...). These "extra-accounting" entries can then appear in the financial reports, with or without the inclusion of the adjustment company.
Customisation of your financial reporting
Keepea allows a financial administrator to define, directly in his reporting system, his own groups of accounts (general and/or cost accounting). These groupings can be automatically applied to all companies managed within the system.
The grouped items can then be used to build customised financial KPIs or integrate calculations into your reports.
Budget management / forecasting
Keepea's purpose is to help you build your budget exercise. You will be able to choose the level on which you wish to define your budget and it will be directly available in your reports to realize evolutions and trends .
Link to ERP and CRM
Keepea is able to retrieve budget information directly from your operational systems. The information entered in your CRM on your opportunities feeds your sales budget. Outstanding invoices (sales and purchases) feed the commitment accounting in Keepea.
